What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather and process critical case information, including medical records, radiology imaging, and medical billing information.
- Manage follow-ups and track HIPAA releases through various methods such as FAX, Email, Mail, and third-party portals (e.g., Datavant, ChartSwap, MRO).
- Manage expenses related to payment and release of client documents.
- Draft and send request letters to medical providers.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Cook up with attorneys and legal staff to support seamless case management and workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks, including mailing, scanning, and faxing important documents.
- Attend required morning and monthly meetings.
- Perform other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of law firm experience. (College Degree may substitute time of experience)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in using legal software, case management systems, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with Datavant, ChartSwap, and MRO portals preferred.

Requirements
- Hrs: 8:30AM—5:30PM Monday – Friday
- Location: Full-time in office
- Mobility: Primarily sedentary, able to sit for long periods of time.
- Physical Demands: Ability to speak, see, and hear other personnel. Ability to communicate both in verbal and written form. Capable of using a telephone and computer keyboard. Able to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to travel within the facility and to other locations as required.
