Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of contract tasks.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team and Agency staff.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, work plans, project-estimates, and status reports of project activities.
  • Manage Records Depository Services, including responding to agency inquiries about records and assisting with record dispositions.
  • Manage Records Retirement Services, coordinating the retrieval of retirement submissions in Washington.
  • Perform Limited Document Scanning Services, on-site scanning for small-scale document conversion projects.
  • Support Management Support Services, handling data entry, coordination, and control tasks within various document management and information systems such as ERA, Archives and Records Centers, and Info Keeper.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience working in a federal records management environment AND 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Must hold a Secret-level security clearance.
  • Must possess personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional, and excellent customer service and written communication skills.
