Job Summary
This role will be responsible for managing both physical and electronic records, supporting document lifecycle processes, and assisting with document remediation activities related to the implementation of a new document management system.
Responsibilities
- Supports onsite archive operations, including receiving, cataloging, storing, and retrieving records and archived materials.
- Manages both paper and specimen archives in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains accurate record inventories and archive tracking systems.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and archive team members to coordinate archive activities.
- Ensures records are handled, stored, and retained according to established compliance standards.
- Serves as a point of contact for document remediation efforts related to the implementation of a new document management system.
- Affords support for data quality and document readiness activities throughout the migration process.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in records management, document control, archives management, quality systems, or related administrative operations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as:
- Pharmaceutical
- Biotechnology
- Medical Device
- Manufacturing
- Quality or Compliance Operations
- Knowledge of document management systems and controlled document processes.
- Experience supporting SOP management and document lifecycle activities.
- Familiarity with records retention and compliance requirements.
- Experience with electronic document management systems such as Documentum, Veeva, or similar platforms.
- Experience coordinating document remediation or system migration projects.

- Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of two onsite days per week.
- Position involves working with paper records, electronic records, and archived specimen materials.
- Training will be provided for archive handling procedures and internal systems.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support ongoing operational and project-based activities.
