Reconstructive Urologist - Physician MD/DO

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Reconstructive Urologist or recent fellowship graduate to join a dynamic urology team as the sole reconstructive specialist within the system. The role involves clinical care, surgical procedures, teaching, research, and program development.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care focused on reconstructive urology
• Perform specialized surgeries such as urethral repairs, urinary diversions, fistula repairs, and implant procedures
• Mentor urology residents and medical students, supporting academic growth
• Contribute to clinical research and maintain Level I Center status
• Lead expansion of reconstructive services and serve as system-wide expert

Key Duties

• Balance outpatient clinics and inpatient surgical procedures
• Participate in call rotation, providing coverage as scheduled
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of urologists and advanced practice providers
• Contribute to academic activities and clinical research initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Board-eligible or certified urologist
• Completed or seeking specialization in Reconstructive Urology
• Interest in teaching, research, and program development
• Strong clinical and surgical skills in reconstructive procedures
