Reconstruction Sales Estimator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Accept leads from third party program vendors
• Inspect prospective projects, scoping the work and generating an estimate, which is typically completed in an estimating platform (Xactimate)
• Budget and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects
• Maintain customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the project
• Work under pressure and on timelines
• Attend industry-related marketing events

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Construction Industry preferred
• Insurance Reconstruction experience is preferred but not required
• Xactimate estimating software experience REQUIRED
• Proven track record and personality for sales
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency

Pay

Compensation package includes base salary, commission schedule, health benefits, 401(K), automobile allowance, and paid vacation.
