Reconstruction Project Manager - Insurance Rebuild

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead insurance-related reconstruction projects resulting from fire, water, mold, storm and other property damage events. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of reconstruction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage reconstruction projects from cradle to grave.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel and material procurement.
- Communicate regularly with property owners, insurance adjusters and other stakeholders.
- Conduct sites visits and ensure work meets company and industry standards.
- Resolve project issues proactively and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Construction project management experience, including experience with insurance reconstruction.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial building practices, estimating and project scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, construction methods, and quality control practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills; able to manage expectations and resolve conflict professionally.
- Experience working with insurance claims and dealing with adjusters is preferred.
- Xactimate experience is highly desirable.

Pay
$85,000–$105,000 base salary plus commission.
