About the role
The Construction Project Manager oversees the construction division, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish. Responsibilities include setting project budgets, managing daily operations, and identifying areas for improvement while maintaining high-quality service for customers, clients, subcontractors, and team members. This role offers significant opportunities in water, fire, and mold restoration construction.
Responsibilities
- Attend walk-throughs at job sites to review existing conditions
- Follow up on submitted proposals
- Review proposals, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate manpower and materials for projects
- Monitor job progress and quality control
- Manage customer relationships
- Work closely with subcontractors
- Know when to ask for help
Requirements
- Previous construction management experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week (8am to 5pm) with overtime as needed (evenings/weekends)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
