Reconstruction Project Manager Full-Time | New Jersey Company Vehicle Provided | Dispatched from Home
Responsibilities
- Manage residential reconstruction projects from initial approval through final completion
- Build and review project estimates using Matterport and related estimating software
- Cook up and coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, materials, and production timelines
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the reconstruction process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with insurance adjusters to review and approve project estimates
- Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met
- Manage project documentation, updates, and workflow within Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal production, mitigation, and leadership teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining profitability goals
- Maintain company safety standards and operational procedures at all times
Requirements
- Project management experience in construction, restoration, reconstruction, or a related industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple active projects
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners and insurance carriers
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel daily throughout assigned territory using company vehicle
- Proficiency with technology, job management systems, and estimating software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
