Primary Responsibilities
- Open and manage all reconditioning repair orders.
- Review incoming vehicles and coordinate inspections.
- Build repair plans with technicians and management.
- Obtain approvals and prioritize repairs.
- Cook up coordination between internal departments and outside vendors.
- Order and track parts required for repairs.
- Schedule outside services when necessary.
- Mind every vehicle daily to eliminate unnecessary downtime.
- Communicate repair status with Sales Managers and dealership leadership.
- Ensure vehicles meet quality standards before being released to Detail.
- Manage repair costs while maintaining quality and speed.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues before they delay completion.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple vehicles simultaneously.
- Comfortable using dealership management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Professional attitude and team-first mindset.
