Reconciliation Coordinator II

Job Functions

• Reconcile Fleet card transactions using ReconNet software daily.
• Analyze and timely code outstanding items according to procedures.
• Ensure items are correctly coded for cash over short.
• Ensure items are correctly coded for collections.
• Ensure any anomalies identified are escalated as needed.
• Work with internal groups to ensure adjustments are correct and complete, updating procedures as needed.
• Perform non-Recon.net reconciliations as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of accounting, reconciliation, or other related experience.

Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Emphasis on Excel and Outlook.

Physical Demands

• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
