Accountabilities and Essential Responsibilities
- Reconcile highly complex customer transactions
- Identifying root causes by analyzing data for the purpose of resolving issues
- Cook with necessary cross-functional teams to ensure all corrections are executed and accurately reflected in the system
- Driving improvement with the goal of enhancing the customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date and current knowledge of product offerings, applicable policies and processes
- Provide pre and post-execution support for strategic health systems
- Aim to protect client interests (margin, risk, policy, etc.), escalating as needed to all levels of management cross-functionally
- Sales force case management
- Validate and document monthly Roll Up Bills (back bills)
- Provides input involving process improvement initiatives
- Maintains high standards of professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be adaptable and accountable – able to switch gears and reprioritize
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent business experience)
- Proficient in Excel (V-lookups, conditional formatting)
- Experience in SAP and Sales force a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills as well as ability to think critically
- General understanding of commercial contract management
- Positive attitude, focused and strong work ethic
- Ability to stay curious
