Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth delivery of all company-wide recognition programs to employees.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and duties to other recognition team members.
• Deliver an excellent recognition experience for all company-sponsored plans (e.g., annual service rewards, million-mile achievement rewards).
• Develop and implement user-friendly processes for employees to receive and select gifts or awards.
• Advocate company goals with designated vendors regarding the quality of awards, delivery, and distribution.
• Maintain the recognition database to ensure employees receive appropriate gifts or awards based on years of service or achievements.
• Track expenditures and ensure costs are assigned to the correct general ledger (GL).
• Communicate achievements to leadership and provide guidance on the best ways to recognize individual accomplishments.
• Adhere to and effectively communicate recognition program award eligibility criteria and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to produce compelling and informative videos and communications.
• Lead efforts to coordinate nationwide events recognizing drivers and employees (e.g., Million Mile Drivers, Driver Appreciation Week).
• Proactively assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in rewards and recognition programs or similar roles.
• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to manage programs from conception, development, execution, and completion.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong follow-up discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple programs without losing details.
• Strong team player who can partner across departments and hold others accountable professionally.
• Comfortable reviewing data, identifying trends, and turning information into action plans.

Pay

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annual
