About the role

This role is ideal for someone who finds joy in the details, loves bringing big ideas to life, and gets excited watching an event come together flawlessly after months of planning.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the vision for global demonstrator recognition while ensuring programs are accurate, timely, meaningful, and cost effective.
  • Cook up year-end recognition programs and integrate them into company-sponsored demonstrator events.
  • Research, source, and partner with vendors to select recognition gifts that create memorable experiences.
  • Plan and execute engaging live and virtual events that support company objectives while collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Create seamless events by managing timelines, budgets, communications, logistics, and vendor relationships from concept through completion.
  • Lead event execution for assigned events, including MSA Event and OnStage+, directing large cross-functional teams from setup through teardown.
  • Build trusted relationships with our top-achieving demonstrators, helping create recognition experiences that encourage growth and connection.
  • Participate on the Demonstrator Compensation Plan team, understanding how compensation decisions impact both demonstrators and the business.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, elevate experiences, and make future events even better.

Requirements

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and take pride in getting the little things right.

  • Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative, adaptable, and energized by finding solutions when plans shift.

  • Skilled at building genuine relationships with a wide variety of people.
  • A proactive self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and owning outcomes.
  • An excellent communicator who collaborates well across teams and communicates clearly with internal partners and demonstrators.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, or managing events and/or recognition programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience researching solutions, making recommendations, and implementing process improvements.
  • Confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Event Planning, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, or managing events and/or recognition programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience researching solutions, making recommendations, and implementing process improvements.
  • Confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
