Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly handle last-minute call-outs, clock caregivers in/out, and schedule replacement care to ensure no client is left without support.
- Serve as a reliable resource for caregivers during their shifts, reviewing shift notes and troubleshooting issues in real-time.
- Manage front desk reception, answer client inquiries warmly, or direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain professional, confidential communication across caregivers, clients, and leadership, escalating urgent concerns according to company protocol.
- Act as a true team player by filling in for a caregiving shift when needed (at least once or twice a week).
