About the role

I opened my agency in July 2001 after spending 10 years as a State Farm Auto Claims Manager, bringing strong technical experience and a people-first leadership style into agency ownership. Today, our team includes six members, many of whom have been with the office for 20+ years, creating a stable, experienced, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. - Communication and interpersonal skills. - Organizational and multitasking abilities. - Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation

$35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
