Receptionist - Spring Creek Inn

Part-time opportunity at Spring Creek Inn with multiple shifts available, including weekends and afternoons. Starting pay at $19/hour.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as community address, directions, and other related details
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Maintains and routes publications
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing, and collating
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
