Receptionist (PT)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in visitors, family members and vendors per center protocols
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Manage the center's main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate contacts
  • Provide our families and vendors with direction in the center
  • Manage the front desk in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation/sub-acute care/skilled nursing center

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior receptionist, administrative support, or related office or customer service experience a plus
  • Must have basic computer skills with ability to navigate windows and internet programs
  • Must have great customer service skills and ability to multitask between phone, emails, systems and walk-ins
