Responsibilities
- Greet and check in visitors, family members and vendors per center protocols
- Maintain office files and records
- Manage the center's main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate contacts
- Provide our families and vendors with direction in the center
- Manage the front desk in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation/sub-acute care/skilled nursing center
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior receptionist, administrative support, or related office or customer service experience a plus
- Must have basic computer skills with ability to navigate windows and internet programs
- Must have great customer service skills and ability to multitask between phone, emails, systems and walk-ins
