Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, and ensure visitors sign guest sheets
- Answer and direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff
- Sort, deliver, and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail
- Perform basic office/clerical functions
- Maintain visitor logs
- Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
