Job Summary

The Receptionist greets associates, clients and visitors. Receives and relays incoming, outgoing, and internal calls. Refers messages to appropriate parties. Announces visitors and directs them to proper destination. Maintains records and logs. Refers non-routine questions and inquiries to supervisor. Performs other clerical duties as needed.

Pay Range

Pay Range: Minimum $23.00 Midpoint $27.16 Maximum $31.32 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

  • Prior Customer Service experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience as a receptionist.
  • Previous healthcare experience.

Education

  • High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
  • College level courses or certifications.

Special Skills

  • Proficient in computer software such as MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to pleasantly handle interruptions in work-tasks due to greeting people and answering a small multi-phone line.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, maturity, judgment with the ability to work harmoniously.
  • General knowledge of MS Power Point and databases.
