About the role
The Receptionist at Mathis Learning Center will provide administrative support to the staff and students. They will greet visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer phones and route calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle basic office tasks such as filing and distributing mail
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience in a similar role preferred
