Receptionist - Dispatch Coordinator

SERVPRO Team Locandro is seeking an organized, customer-focused Receptionist - Dispatch Coordinator to join our in-person, full-time team.

About the Role

As the Dispatch Coordinator, you will assist with scheduling teams to customer locations to assess and complete restoration work. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting others during critical moments.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and emails regarding past services, project follow-ups, general inquiries, and routine communications.
• Dispatch and schedule restoration teams for incoming leads and projects in coordination with management.
• Review and maintain software to ensure proper team routing and accurate customer data entry.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (basic Excel, intermediate Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior dispatch experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of the local geographical area is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Skills & Physical Demands

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required, which may involve lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and occasional bending or standing.

Pay
