Receptionist Coverage
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, personable, and highly organized temporary receptionist/office coordinator to provide three days of on-site coverage for a professional real estate office in San Francisco. This individual will serve as a welcoming presence in the office while helping ensure day-to-day workplace needs run smoothly. The ideal candidate has prior receptionist, office coordinator, or office management experience and can quickly step into a new environment with minimal training. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, polished, detail-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed. The office consists of approximately 26 employees, although not everyone is on-site each day. Many team members work in the field and come into the office periodically for meetings, supplies, and other business needs. The building is secure, so visitor traffic is generally planned in advance.
