Receptionist/Cashier

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and route calls to the correct department seamlessly
• Handle financial transactions for service, parts & sales customers
• Balance cash drawer, reconcile daily receipts, and prepare logs for the accounting department
• Execute essential data entry and handle incoming mail
• Prepare sales and service gas receipts for accounting department
• Maintain cleanliness of customer waiting areas

Qualifications

• Prior experience in reception or customer service a must. Dealership experience is a plus!
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a polished, professional appearance
• Dependability, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements for this position
• Able to multitask handling a high volume of calls and transactions simultaneously with a smile
• Valid driver’s license

Schedule

Monday through Friday
9:00 am to 6:00 pm
