Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Cookordinator visitor access and notify employees of arriving guests.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and maintain conference rooms.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Support various departments with administrative projects as assigned.
- Run personal errands when asked (i.e., pickup lunch).
- Aid other EA’s when necessary.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Must be able to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential material.
- Must be very detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Requires the ability to work with VIP clients and senior management.
- Must have a keen sense of urgency and enjoy working at a fast pace.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and internet search engines. Must be tech savvy!
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Requires the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
