Role Summary
Primarily responsible for answering multiple phone linesCommunicates with guests and customers in a professional and courteous manner
Greets and welcomes guests
Directs calls and guests to various departments and personnel as appropriate
Supports with billing, auditing, sorting and filing of tickets
Assists with mail and ordering of supplies
Prepare daily bank deposits
Ensures foyer and corresponding offices are neat, clean and well stocked at all times
Performs other related duties as assigned and as necessary depending on the location
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Strong customer service orientationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Time management – strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Flexibility – ability to effectively adapt to change
High school diploma or equivalent
Beneficial Skills and Experience
Previous receptionist experience with handling multi-line phone systemsExperience with Vistapoint Console
Experience working with office machines such as faxes, copiers and other general equipment
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Bilingual
Physical Challenges
Consistently sitting for many hours at a time.Minimal physical effort
Regular use of keyboard
Ability to climb stairs
Majority of job is located inside office setting, during regular business hours of operation
