Receptionist
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room coordination
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative support tasks
- Afford office supply management and general office support
- Assist with inquiries and route requests to the appropriate department
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
- Dependable attendance and flexibility to support the required weekly schedule, including possible Saturdays
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy reception environment
Work Arrangement
Schedule and duration based on client needs
Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.
Ability to confidently handle a multi-line or switchboard phone system.
Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, client-facing demeanor.
Proven ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Dependable attendance and flexibility to support the required weekly schedule, including possible Saturdays.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy reception environment.
