Receptionist
Job Description
Answering phones/directing call volume (roughly 100 calls/day)
Admin for corporate directories and telephone lists
Coordinating meetings
Assisting with scheduling/planning for new hire training classes/meetings
Document Review
Admin for incoming/outgoing mail
Submitting maintenance requests
Submitting conference room requests/reservations
Ordering front office supplies for both corporate buildings and keep inventory of stock
Ensure break rooms and kitchen appliances are sanitized thoroughly
Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as re-stocking, photocopying, transcribing, and shipping
Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay is $15.00-$17.50 per hour

Physical Requirements
- Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation
- Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent organization and record keeping skills
- Comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email
- Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching
- Requires frequent lifting of up to 30 pounds
