Receptionist

About the role

Pape’ Material Handling, the premier medium and heavy-duty truck and equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Pasco, WA and provide an exceptional customer experience. As the face and voice of our branch, you will have the first opportunity to give our customers an excellent experience and ensure their needs are met. When you are not assisting customers, you will perform various administrative duties to support the branch and managers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone to ensure their needs are met
• Perform administrative duties to support the branch and managers
• Assist with accounts payable inquiries and expense reporting
• Process customer payments and prepare bank deposits
• Maintain a customer service mindset and work effectively in a team environment

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers
• Above-average typing and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$17.33–24.27/hour (depending on experience)
