Receptionist

About the role
As our Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of our branch, ensuring customers receive an excellent experience and their needs are met. You will perform various administrative duties to support the branch and managers, including assisting with accounts payable inquiries, expense reporting, taking customer payments, and preparing bank deposits.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing an excellent experience
- Perform administrative duties to support the branch and managers
- Assist with accounts payable inquiries and expense reporting
- Process customer payments and prepare bank deposits
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Above-average typing and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay
$21.19–$29.66/hour (depending on experience)
