Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude.
• Ensure every interaction reflects a commitment to compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to support pet wellness.
• Demonstrate empathy and respect in every client interaction and treat each pet with care.

Requirements

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
