You will practice comprehensive, full-service medicine ranging from preventative wellness protocols to complex surgical procedures. Our facility is equipped to handle advanced care, detailed testing and diagnostics, and critical urgent care cases during business hours. This broad spectrum of services means you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills across all aspects of small animal veterinary medicine.

About the role
- Be the Director of First Impressions: Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
- Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
- Advocate for Pet Health: Be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
- Embody Compassion and Empathy: Be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
Requirements
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
- A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour based on experience.
