Responsibilities
- Cook up office activities and operations
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support bookkeeping
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports
- Sorting mail
- Any other duty to help maintain the office
- Aid colleagues whenever necessary
- Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Previous medical office/customer service experience required
- Basic clinical knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, Excel
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
