Mac Haik Toyota in League City, TX, serves the League City, Pearland, Friendswood, Texas City, and Dickinson, TX, areas as a locally owned and operated new and used car dealership. Responsibilities

• Arrive punctually and inform supervisor of any planned or unplanned absences.
• Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
• Operate a multi-line phone, answer all incoming calls promptly, politely, and professionally, transfer calls to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operate the dealership paging system to call individuals to the phone.
• Minimize time callers are on hold and check back with them frequently to ensure they wish to continue holding.
• Take detailed messages when calls cannot be completed, including caller's name, telephone number, time of call, and information requested, and deliver to appropriate party in a timely manner.
• Develop knowledge of basic dealership information to respond to callers with general inquiries.
• Notify appropriate personnel of any problems with the phone system.
• Maintain the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Oversee the conference room reservation schedule.
• Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive Group brand.
• Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Six months of receptionist experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
