About the role

JARS Cannabis is a culturally inspired organization dedicated to providing high-quality cannabis products and services. We are seeking a Receptionist who can make every customer's experience amazing from the moment they enter our store.

Job Duties

  • Verify customers' legal age requirements and register new customers in the POS system.
  • Scan in returning customers in compliance with Colorado MED regulations.
  • Promote the JARS brand and engage customers in the store.
  • Answer calls professionally and provide customers with necessary information.
  • Support store management with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain Colorado state and MED compliance in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Colorado MED Employee License (MED Badge) prior to the start date.
  • One year of customer service experience in a retail, sales, or hospitality environment.
  • One year of previous administrative or front desk receptionist experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional hospitality skills required.

Schedule

Shifts available: 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, weekend availability, holidays, and events as required.
