About the Role
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and help deliver a welcoming, comfortable salon experience. As a receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for stylists and salon management throughout the day. This part-time, weekend-focused role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in an energetic, supportive environment.
Availability is required weekdays from 3:00–7:00 p.m. and weekends, as our salons are open seven days a week.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- Manage online check-in and communicate wait times
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment
- Support stylists and salon management with daily operations
Requirements
- A friendly, professional approach to customer service
