Receptionist
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet employees, clients, guests, and visitors of Vivint
- Check in packages as they get delivered at the front desk
- Aid with the employee Meal Program including counting and tracking tickets with accuracy
- Maintain a professional and positive work environment
- Assist the Facilities department as needed with various tasks and assignments
- Create and manage security badges
- Absorb various other projects as needed
- Cover for receptionists at any of our Utah County locations
Required Skills, Experience & Education
- A high school diploma is required
- A positive attitude is mandatory
- Reliability is essential
- Teamwork is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, both written and verbal
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial
- Outlook and Excel proficiency is expected
- Knowledge of the Vivint Culture and its benefits is desirable

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
