Receptionist
About the role
Join the Cleveland Clinic Florida team, where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare. Cleveland Clinic is recognized as one of the top hospitals in the nation. Receptionists are often the first point of contact when patients come to Cleveland Clinic. Your warm smile, positive attitude, and kind, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor set the tone for both the current visit and future visits. In this role, you will support patients by taking all incoming calls and routing them depending on whether it is a clinical or clerical call. You will also offer initial solutions and support, as needed. Receptionists deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensure exceptional experiences, and thrive on making positive impacts in the community.
