Receptionist - 12 Month Full Time
Job Summary
The front receptionist is often the first point of contact for people who call or visit EVIT. As such, they should be prepared to handle a wide range of inquiries and requests. The receptionist greets the public, answers phone calls, and provides general office and clerical support to school administrators. The receptionist job requires a blend of excellent customer service, administrative and clerical skills. It is essential that the person for this role is organized, able to multi-task, be flexible and have a "can do" approach to work, as no two days are the same and good attendance is a must.
Responsibilities
- Distributes correspondence and answers and redirects incoming phone calls
- Maintains and orders general office supplies and equipment
- Provides other clerical support as needed
Qualifications
- Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school or equivalent, and One or more years of customer service experience
- One or more years of increasingly responsible clerical experience, or An equivalent combination of education and experience
Licenses/Certifications and Other Requirements
- Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957

Pay
Starting at $21.48 - 25.00 Placement will be based on a combination of education and relevant experience.
