About the role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Intern to join our Head Office team and provide support across reception, office coordination, and day-to-day administration. This role will be the first point of contact for visitors and external partners, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring the office operates smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a fast-paced fashion business, develop corporate office skills, and gain exposure to a range of departments and functions.

This role is up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Front of House & Reception
    • Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and team members.
    • Welcome guests with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring a positive first impression of the business.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries where required.
    • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with maintaining a professional and organised reception area.
    • Support visitor arrivals, including coordinating access and notifying relevant team members.
  • Office Coordination & Administration
    • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Head Office environment.
    • Maintain the office kitchen and shared spaces, ensuring they are clean, organised, and well stocked.
    • Coordinate office supplies, refreshments, and general workplace requirements.
    • Act as the first point of contact for couriers, deliveries, and collections, ensuring items are received and distributed appropriately.
    • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Team & Department Support
    • Provide administrative support and assistance to teams across the business as required.
    • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects across departments including HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Design, and other corporate functions.
    • Support office events, meetings, and team initiatives.
    • Complete general administrative tasks to support the wider Head Office team.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently completed studies in Business, Fashion, Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support wherever needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Professional presentation and confidence interacting with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other digital workplace systems.
  • An interest in fashion and the luxury retail industry is highly regarded.

Pay
