Our established mental health clinic is looking for a professional and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally
  • Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
  • Maintain accurate client information and office records
  • Assist with forms, paperwork, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks
  • Communicate with clients, clinicians, and staff in a professional and respectful manner
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office environment
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and families

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, medical office, or customer-service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional, dependable, punctual and takes pride in their work
  • Comfortable working with computers, email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Previous use of Electronic Medical Records (eClinicalWorks) is a plus but not required
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach when interacting with clients
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
  • Healthcare, medical-office, or mental-health experience is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person

Pay

Hourly Position $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

Consistent schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:30 AM-8:00 PM (40 hours/week) - No Fridays, weekends, or holidays!
