Part-Time Mental Health Walk-In Clinic Administrative Assistant

About the role

The Behavioral Health Urgent Care Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Behavioral Health Urgent Care Reporting to the BHUCC Manager, the Admin Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, contributing to the overall effectiveness and organization of the daily activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in administrative support roles in a healthcare or behavioral health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
