The Role
The Receiving Warehouse Lead supports the SJE Rhombus brand, based in Detroit Lakes, MN. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing warehouse duties such as receiving, put away, material handling, and delivering product to the production floor.
- Leading, planning, organizing, and monitoring daily activities in receiving, warehouse, and delivery processes.
- Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Ensuring timely and accurate receipt, storage, and delivery of incoming raw materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Building a strong team atmosphere and fostering collaboration across the organization.
- Training, evaluating, and coaching the department staff.
- Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team.
- Worked in a Receiving Warehouse.
- Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pride in being organized and an effective communicator.

- Starting wage range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
