Receiving Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work schedules and workflow assignments in receiving and inventory departments to align workload distribution with operational priorities and service requirements.
• Lead the catalog and ordering interface request process to maintain setup accuracy, process consistency, and timely issue resolution.
• Resolve escalated customer and operational issues that require coordination, judgment, and follow‑through across stakeholders.
• Facilitate warehouse and staging area organization standards to improve safety, inventory visibility, and efficiency.
• Monitor stock and inventory levels to maintain material availability and accurate operational planning.
• Improve day‑to‑day workflow effectiveness through practical process enhancements and team guidance.
• Guide team execution to reinforce accountability, role clarity, and consistent completion of assigned work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics, specifically in receiving or inventory control departments.

Schedule

Shift: Days, Monday‑Friday 4:30 am until complete.

Compensation

Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.
