Receiving Supervisor - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team on 2nd Shift at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You’ll make an impact by working closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production while leading a team of 10-20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Shipping
• Supporting production
• Leading a team of 10-20 team members
• Ensuring team's accurate and efficient receipt of products, storing inventory, and shipping products to customers
• Handling team schedules and daily assignments
• Continuous improvement, standard processes, root cause and resolution

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications include:

• 2 or more years’ experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply-chain management (although a combination of education and directly related work experience will also be considered)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with various levels in an organization
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications include:

• Project Management with proven delivery and improvement project in a manufacturing environment
• Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause and/or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM Accreditation)

Pay

The salary range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509.
