Responsibilities
- Requires standing and moving around the warehouse for extended periods.
- May involve working in areas with varying temperatures.
- Regularly lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 15-20 pounds.
- Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, receiving, picking and packing, or material handling environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience with inventory cycle counting, shipment verification, and inventory tracking is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 15-20 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials.
- Basic math skills to verify shipment quantities, perform inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners, inventory management systems, and other basic warehouse technology.
- Ability to follow established receiving procedures, maintain accurate records, and report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
Pay
