Receiving Specialist
About the role
As a Receiving Specialist, you will manage the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You will also process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center and report these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you will work closely with the management team to ensure adequate product stock for customer purchase, proper merchandise maintenance, and appropriate display with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.

Responsibilities
- Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards (backroom and workstations).
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge, promotions, and advertisements set by the Marketing Team.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.
- Process damaged or defective products and report them to the Inventory Control Team.
- Work with the management team to ensure adequate stock levels for customer purchase.
Requirements
- Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer acumen, writing, and math skills to manage inventory and control cash.
- Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail.
- Open mind and eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community.
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest is a plus but not required.

Pay
Total compensation: $19.86 - $21.00 per hour. This role is largely operations-focused, but commission opportunities exist when assisting with sales.
Schedule
Part-time position with a retail schedule, including occasional nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
