Receiving Lead - 3rd Shift
About the role
The Receiving Lead is responsible for real time analysis, coordination and balance of Receiving Operations including allocation of tasks to other team members. Other responsibilities will include: Recording and reporting of inbound deliveries. Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner. Ensures all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Provides administrative support for the Receiving Managers. Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems. Supports put-away and unloading operations as needed.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
- Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.
- Detailed oriented and accurate.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.
- Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
- Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Able to move throughout all areas of the distribution center.
- Stand and walk continuously to perform job functions.
- Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product: 90% Sitting: 5% Desk or phone work: 5%
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including leadership experience.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
- Experience recognizing and diagnosing productivity trends and patterns.
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings.
- Effective communication skills, including comprehension and delivery of detailed instructions.
- Age 18 or older.
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, crouching, pushing and handling items up to 50 lbs.

Pay
Starting hourly pay at $21.00 - $24.00/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule
Able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.
