Receiving - Fork Lift Driver

Job Duties

• Receiving live and hard goods in the business system against purchase orders
• Matching quantities by variety ordered
• Quality check of incoming goods
• Facilitate proper handling and storage of live goods
• Drive a tow motor
• Verify order, storage parameters, locations and if any discrepancies identify corrective action
• Inspect product for accuracy and move around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery
• Organizing/Cleaning the warehouse

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (must be at least 18 yrs old)
• Must be able to read/speak English with good communication skills
• Must have experience in driving a tow motor
• Must have previous warehouse experience (receiving)
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adequate physical ability to lift (limited amount required)
• Adequate physical ability to drive a tow motor
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures (safety-conscious)
• Must be reliable and possess a friendly disposition
• Have a solid work history with good attendance
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
