Receiving Coordinator

Job Type Full-time Description Job Title: Receiving Coordinator Department Name: Shipping Reports to: Supply Chain Business Unit: Fort Mill Job Summary: Coordinate all receiving processes for our line of products: aluminum, vinyl and chain link. Ensure that the warehouse has enough products to meet demand and that customer orders can be fulfilled. Support and facilitate inventory process. Essential Job Functions Perform routine activities maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.Perform warehouse operations by working closely with all operation departments for efficient scheduling of merchandise being received.Receive materials and organize them strategically in the warehouse.Verify material identification and condition as receivedLabel all items and keep inventory levels safeReport on shortages to management Operate equipment, as authorized, to facilitate the loading process.Securely move products to the designated zone areas. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance expectation.Other duties as needed and assigned by management. Requirements Minimum requirements: Associate degree or some college background Bilingual – English/Spanish – preferred 2-5 years in shipping and/or manufacturing work experience5S hands on experienceStrong attention to detailAbility to multitaskFull understanding of industry safety standardFull understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor qualityCertified Forklift OperatorStrong sense of time organization and urgency.Able to work independently and within a team.
