Paid Time Off

Responsibilities

  • Maintains requisition files to ensure receipts are accurately recorded.
  • Verifies vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Notes and reconciles all discrepancies.
  • Records damaged products and notifies the proper department of the corrective action required.
  • Covers deliveries and stocking of receipts with Manager.
  • Limits labels all receipts for delivery and ensures signed delivery copies are returned to warehouse.
  • Inspects good and informs Manager of any problems.
  • Processes all incoming and outgoing United Parcel Service, USPS, and Fed Ex items.
  • Checks in, stocks and delivers Food & Beverage goods.
  • Places liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures in the bar.
  • Operates and maintains all bar equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Removes and properly disposes of all debris accumulated around the property as needed and in accordance with department procedures.
  • Wipes bar counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation.
  • Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards for the bar and warehouse/receiving dock.
  • Assists in banquet setup and tear down of fixtures, furniture, and equipment as needed.
  • Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
  • Notifies leadership of any issues that may arise.
  • Supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Ensures the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reports potential issues to management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Must have driver's license on their person at all times.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.

Skills
